As customers of VW we feel very disrespected, dissatisfied and disappointed by the fact that VW refuses to recall their VW 2018 models knowing very well that have a factory fault. We can’t be expected to change a clutch every year because apparently we are all “bad drivers”. VW knows very well that their cars have issues and has had many customers complaining about the same issue but they are choosing to sweep under the carpet with the hope that all cars will be out of warranty and they won’t be held accountable for it.
