I have recently moved my broadband and landline over to Vodafone, or Vodafoney, Vodacrap, Vodashite to name just a few that names this company has been given. Now for the first month or so was good, signals were way better than my previous supplier and I had no problems, I was happy with my transfer, until 11th August when locally we had a lightning storm and I woke up the next day to no internet (understandable). However the process of getting this issue resolved was and still is a very tedious and emotionally draining situation. I phoned the fault in was given a fault ref number and was told that the issue would be resolved in a couple of days (again understandable) . NO, nearly 4 weeks later the issue still isn't fully resolved, I was passed from pillar to post, told a new engineer was coming out on many occasions. I had one engineer who told us that the problem was underground and that they needed to get a digging team out (fair enough), again another lie, because i was then told by Vodafone that another engineer had been scheduled (apparently the digging team) as the engineer that had attended didnt have the skills to complete the job, only to find the next engineer that came out had the same skills and did the same thing as the previous engineer and came up with the same underground issue. This was a repeated process for the first week or so, same skilled engineers resulting in the same response as the last one. Eventually I escalated the issue with Vodafone and they said with an escalation the issue should be resolved within a couple of days, another lie. Anyway, I could go on and on with how this proceeded and is still proceeding but I won't. 

My whole reason  for this petition is whilst I was trying to find an official complaints page on Facebook I came across what I can only describe as a 'get it of your chest' 'have a rant' page about Vodafone. It was fantastic because I now know how stupid I was to join Vodafone broadband in the first place, I have pay-as-you-go with Vodafone and no issues, however the amount of hate, disgust and disappointment on this page is unbelievable.

So I ask you to join me in putting our foot down, and getting Vodafone to clean up its act or basically do one, we only want your service if it's a good service, you on the other hand are just in it for the money. Vodafone you dont care about your customers. Your service is diabolical and your poor staff are the ones who have to suffer the negativity when you give them no choice but to fob us off.

Well no more, something has to be done.
