Vodacom, MTN, Cell C: Our mobile signal on the Kamonande Nature Reserve is non-existing!

Dear service provider.
We, the owners, shareholders, residents and visitors to the Kamonande Nature Reserve, experience extremely poor and mostly no GSM/GPRS/3G/HSDPA/4G signal.
The Kamonande Nature Reserve is located along the R33 between Nylstroom (Modimole) and Vaalwater, about 12 km South East from the Vaalwater town. Here is an URL that indicates its location on Google Maps: Google Map view At this stage, there are more than 50 permanent houses/chalets owned by more than 500 shareholders. Every week an average of 50 different families occupy these chalets. Different families occupy the chalets every week, and over a 10 week period more than 2000 different people visit the reserve. All these people are affected by the poor cell phone and data reception. These numbers exclude the permanent staff who works and live on the reserve.
Although the direct line of sight distance from Vaalwater is well within the mobile network's reception range, the mountainous terrain severely affects the signal and there are very few location on the reserve where we have suitable signal to make or receive mobile calls or have data access.
Around 13 August 2013 we reported this issue to Vodacom and we were told that another base station would be erected north of the reserve and that it would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that base station did not make any difference to the reception or signal quality. We logged another call for this issue on 3 May 2017. The call reference number is EC.0COS-3QCU-HY Although we received feedback from the network planning department, we still don't have any indication if or when our issue will receive attention or be resolved.
All the signatures to this petition are Vodacom customers who are affected by the poor reception and weak signal when they are on the reserve. As your customers, we request that please investigate and provide us with a workable solution that will provide with a quality signal while we are at this location.
