It is known by all the VITans that boys and girls are segregated during the Riviera fest Proshows.The authorities need to understand that this is a college environment and interaction with the other gender is an important aspect of one's personal development, there concern of safety is comprehensible but there cannot be outright prohibition of interaction among the sexes.So I would like to urge the respected VIT chancellor and the authorities to please consider this petition and remove the the 'great wall' during the fest.The students of your great institution will be grateful to you,  if we move towards a more progressive environment inside the campus.
