NYC needs to implement the jaywalking ticket.  That vision zero does not work. It is and was put in place for the cars only. But that’s not fair. These pedestrians do not follow the rules. They cross on the flashing red light and on a steady red light and the city says LET THEM WALK!!!  
They are breaking the rules.
But we get ticketed or arrested if we hit one of them.  
NYC needs to be fair and see how these people cross the streets. The city cannot just implement a one sided law and not in force the other side. All you here is TAKE BACK OUR STREETS. BUT US DRIVERS PAY TAXES AS WELL. AND WE DESERVE TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND MAKE A TURN SAFELY BUT WE CANT. WHY. BECAUSE THE PEDESTRIANS IN THIS CITY CROSS ON THE FLASHING RED LIGHT AND ON THE STEADY RED LIGHT. 

WHEN IS THE CITY GOING TO STOP THIS WAR ON CARS AND LOOK AT THE REAL CAUSE OF CONGESTION???  And that’s the pedestrians crossing and not giving us the right of way when we have the light.  
BRING BACK THE JAYWALKING TICKET!!!

MAKE VISION ZERO FAIR FOR EVERYONE  

NOT JUST THE DRIVERS 

BUT FOR THE PEDESTRIANS AS WELL!!!!

THATS THE ONLY WAY VISION ZERO WILL WORK!!!

And don’t get me started on the bikers.
