#BRINGTHEMIN - Demand more strict laws for Animals in Fairfax County, Virginia
0 have signed. Let’s get to 2,500!
Fairfax County, Virginia allows for pets to be left outside in an un-insulated doghouse (or a garage) regardless of temperatures hot or cold. In addition, it allows for dogs to be kept in a pen 24/7 unattended most of the time. A pen or other confinement is no different than tethering.
Every pet deserves a safe warm and comfortable environment. Be sure to click on "read the letter" link below.
IF you are a Fairfax County Resident, please consider calling Supervisor Foust at 703 356 0551 or email him at email@example.com to ask him to strengthen animals protection laws and enforcement. If you live in a different district please call your supervisor. Sharon Bulova is the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and her email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am specifically interested in establishing, hot and cold weather laws, anti penning/containment laws, insulated dog houses for when dogs are left outside for more than three hours.
Thank you! Please help me #BRINGTHEMIN.
