OVER THE LAST YEAR I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SORT OUT A COMPLAINT WITH VIRGIN MEDIA  .THERE COMPLAINTS PROCESS AND PROCEDURE IS TOTALLY MIND BOGGLING AND DOES NOT DEAL WITH MATTERS .THEY IN FACT JUST PUT YOU ONTO A CREDIT COLLECTION AGENCY AND WIPE THEIR HANDS OF THE MATTER WITHOUT BOTHERING TO CHECK THERE OWN DETAILS OUT .THERE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IS BASED ABROAD AND THEY DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE A COMPLAINTS MANAGER TO DEAL WITH THINGS AVAILABLE .THEY DO NOT REPLY TO  EMAILS OR REQUESTS FOR  A COMPLAINTS MANAGER TO PHONE YOU AT SPECIFIC TIMES TO DISCUSS THE MATTER ,YOU ARE HELD ON PHONE FOR LONG PERIODS AND NEED TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO VARIOUS VIRGIN STAFF .HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE NAMED PERSON ON LETTERS SENT MRS KAREN WALKER HAVE SENT E MAIL TO PRESENT AND PAST C E O STILL AWAITING A REASONABLE RESPONSE.BY PUTTING YOU INTO CREDIT COLLECTION AGENCY'S IT AFFECTS YOUR CREDIT SCORE AND WHEN YOU EXPLAIN TO THEM MATTER IS IN DISPUTE ITS SENT BACK ONLY FOR ANOTHER AGENCY TO CONTACT YOU AGAIN SO YOU GO THROUGH THE SAME OVER AND OVER .THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN PROCESS OR PROCEDURE THEY INFORM YOU AS EXISTING CUSTOMER  NOT ENTITLED TO THE BEST PRICES ON LINE THAT THEY ARE NEW CUSTOMER ONLY DEALS YOUR OFFERED HIGH PRICE DEALS .HAVE ASKED FOR A NAMED CONTACT WITH TELEPHONE NUMBER AND E MAIL SO DO NOT NEED TO GO OVER IT ALL AGAIN AND RESOLVE THE MATTER IF ANYONE OUT THERE  HAD SAME ISSUES PLEASE ADD YOUR INFO TO THIS AND HOPEFULLY TOGETHER WE CAN GET THE C E O TO DO SOMETHING AND CHANGE HOW THEY OPERATE .
