LE5 Bovinger Road and connected roads are still on adsl where speeds are on good days up to 8meg.  Have of the street has already been connected to virgin and the other half still on the slow adsl.  We would like this petition to push for fibre to be installed in all of Bovinger road and its connected roads Liston Close and Stanmore Road.
