A drunk man kidnapped a nine-month-old girl from a house, sexually assaulted her and then throttled her in Hanamkonda in Warangal. The 22-year-old accused had abducted the baby at 1.30 am from the terrace of the house. The family members noticed the baby was missing and started searching for her. Both police and locals, including family members, formed search teams and it was the girl’s uncle who noticed the accused carrying a baby covered with a towel. When the uncle questioned him, the accused dropped the baby and ran, but was eventually chased and caught. The baby was rushed to the hospital, but doctors declared her brought dead. There were injuries on the girl’s private parts and the accused confessed that he sexually abused her.

This is certainly not something new. The holy land of India has witnessed many children sexual abuse in the past and each time such a situation happens, we start protesting for immediate and stringent action. Is this a protocol? Although Courts hang very few, sense of fear among perpetrators is not placed. Dear Government of India, it's not only about convicting. More importantly, it's about preventing such crimes, perpetrators should be killed in a brutal and painful manner and should be telecasted. Inducing a sense of fear in the rapist mind is now not a need it is an ultimatum for the human society.

INDIA DEMANDS FORMATION OF SEPARATE COMMITTEE FOR HANDLING SEXUAL ABUSE CASES AND IMMEDIATE HARSH PUNISHMENT!
