ViPa law- visible in public areas ( hidden disabilities) , change in services in towns

I would like a change in the law so that it is mandatory for people that work in the public sector ie council, job centre, library). Also people that work's directly with the public that they should be given the tools and no how to understand mental health and hidden disability's, as well as behaviour problems.
in my line of work I see more and more people ill equipped to deal with problems of hidden disability's, that arise in their place of work and more and more door staff being employed to deal with theses situations. However, after talking to door staff I find they do not have the understanding to deal with these different behaviours, most of the time people with hidden disability's can be calmed down by being talked to, and understood we are not bad or naughty or out of control. We just need acceptance just because you can't see our disability does not mean we do not have one. We do not need to be thrown out of places. We are having sensory over load or because of our disability, we can not get our point across. It is not nice knowing that where you go you need someone with you for fear someone will not understand you and what your needs are, we may get angry in place's because, it is all very hard for us to possess things on our own
Thank you and hope we have your support.
