Dear Parents...let's get together n put an appeal to the government for canceling the board exams..due to this pandemic all the students have been going through a lot of stress studying online ....since April the students have started studying..ideally their exams r conducted in Feb but now its postponed to april...but again the covid cases are rising in this scenario our students will have to travel to their centre which leaves them vulnerable to a high risk of contracting covid....not all students can afford private vehicles so the most of them will be opting for public transport which in turn will lead to higher chances of contracting covid also leading it to risk other students in their centre...Give it a thought whether we r ready to risk our children's life whether it is worth putting them to risk..will this percentage n Marks weigh more than our children.will we able to forgive ourselves god forbid anything happens to them..offices n places of worship are not fully functional then how can we expect our children to go forward with this...Humble request to all parents give it a thought...let's get together n protest

While board exams already come with a great deal of stress, it is multiplied amid the pandemic. “A major fear is contracting the infection. But it is also important to note that it has not been a regular academic year and in many parts of the state, schools are still closed. How do we expect these children to suddenly give offline exams?”
“When this pandemic started last year, the last paper of geography for SSC was cancelled fearing the infection. At that time Mumbai’s cases numbered only in a few hundred and rural parts had none. Now the infection is all across the state and at a much higher rate in cities.”
Recently, a teacher from a Kurla school had conducted a survey of board students where many had suggested that the exams should be online since the entire academic year was online.
“Children do not have the practice of writing. Many have missed out on prelims as schools are not holding those adhering to the regulations. They have no practice of practical sessions in laboratories,”
