- We want the form 10 for the Cryptyde dividend which is the registration statement. Management has been toying with investors for long enough kicking the can down the road 3 times now and this third time no word from management yet they have time to file 8k and other SEC FILINGS. Release that form 10 like you said “on or about the week of October” it’s now NOVEMBER! Stop being shoddy management ! No more failure to delivers !
