The purpose of this petition is to repeal the Overnight Parking Restrictions, by allowing access to overnight
parking in existing designated parking locations throughout VillageWalk.

These existing designated parking
locations include the parking spaces around townhouses, and the bocce court parking lot (during non-
scheduled events).

We, the undersigned PROPERTY OWNERS in VillageWalk of Bonita Springs hereby petition the VillageWalk Board for its approval of a parking amendment.
