David Bruni, candidate for Flossmoor (IL) village trustee, still faces an UNPRECEDENTED  ballot challenge brought by two incumbent trustees (who have each held office for more than 20 years). The Cook County Election Board has ruled that Dave has more than enough valid signatures on his nominating petitions, and the Flossmoor Electoral Board has already overruled 3 of the incumbents' 4 technical objections. But the Board may still knock Dave off the ballot for the April election because he didn't use a BINDER CLIP to secure his 15 pages of nominations -- seriously!  We support open elections and support Dave Bruni as a candidate for Village Trustee,  and we demand that he remain on the ballot for the April 2019 municipal election.
