This petition is to request Hillsborough county’s consideration to add a dog park to the Villa Rosa Park. There are numerous open areas that could be used still leaving room for sports activities that currently take place. 
A dog park provides a safe space for dogs to interact with each other. A number Villa Rosa residents own dogs and many of them walk their dogs daily. A park would provide additional exercise for their pets. In addition, surrounding neighborhoods would have access as it’s a county park.
