On Saturday 6th November 2021 we lost two amazing humans in a tragic accident on John Field Drive.

This corner is dangerous on a good day, it is not well lit, the road easily floods and it is surrounded by thick trees. I have put in writing to VicRoads that we need safety barriers and potentially more lighting installed on this corner. It will not bring back my brother nor will it bring back Will but maybe it will stop another family from having to go through the insufferable pain we are experiencing. 

No family should ever have to bury a loved one before their time. These boys did the right thing, they had a designated driver pick them up from the pub on a shitty wet night and unfortunately met their fate. 

Together we can be the change needed to stop this from happening to someone else, to maybe someone you love. We should not have to wait for tragedies for our roads to be fixed. We should not have to lose lives before we make things safe but unfortunately this is the world we live in. 

Please sign my petition to support action as whilst I’m still waiting on a reply from VicRoads to my request I feel if we can create community involvement for this then they will be more likely to listen.

To Will & Trent, this should never have happened to you boys and I know the communities hearts are breaking, we will never let your memories and beautiful personalities be forgotten ❤️
