Mumbai Colleges are forcing students to pay full fees for admission by any means.

It's been more than 3 months parents lost there jobs during lockdown, no rebate or relief. There's no any other income source in this pandemic situation, they have utilise all savings on essential products for living .So they are not able to pay full college fees at once .Once lockdown gets over  they will be able to pay fees .
