Sir, hope this letter finds you in good health. India has crossed the 67Lakh COVID Cases mark yesterday and is now the second-worst affected country in the world. Since the number of cases has only been on the rise.

UGC had earlier released guidelines that allowed Universities to take decisions based on the situation in their vicinity. And you decided to take the end semester examination for semester 2 and semester 4 on an offline basis.

As of you clearly know that many of the students are outside of the Ranchi and they have to find accommodation in Ranchi to give the examination as it is going to take time. And according to the Nagar Nigam, Ranchi no one is allowed to give their property on rent for the new immigrants. We have tried to contact the property owners for the accommodation and they clearly rejected that. Or if we try to find the shelter outside Ranchi then there will be no mess facility for our meals and all of the students don't know how to cook. And we are students we can't afford hotel food on daily basis. There is no survival option for us in Ranchi. 

This petition was written and signed in the hope that colleges will show some politeness and consider converting the offline exam into an online exam for the sake of student safety and the inconvenience that students will face.
