It is submitted that we the employees of LUMHS are providing health care services with utmost commitment and dedication to the patients in need since COVID-19 pandemic has started risking our lives along with our families including the elderly with co-morbidity are also at risk.

Almost all of us have suffered from this dreaded corona virus and subsequently recovered from it while some of us have martyred/fallen in the line of duty. The patients we deal with are at times infected with this deadly virus which is against SOPs and Standard WHO Protocol.

It is therefore requested to your kind honor to sanction Health Risk Allowance to all the employees who are working in LUMHS/LUH since the current working condition is life-threatening and extremely precarious.
