Due to the unfortunate incident of spread of coronavirus in the country, it's been in a lockdown for months as a result economy has declined and businesses and services have suffered. 

It's hard for students to pay a hefty semester fees of Rs 57457/-(tuition + funds + SAF) as most of us belong to middle class families and this lockdown has affected our financial conditions severely

As we are not using university's infrastructure , so expenditure from electricity, maintenance etc is reduced ,this helps in decreasing expenditure of university and provides a solid ground for fee concession to all.
