I live in a studio apartment at Via6 and my balcony door has been blocked since 3 months and there has been no supportive response from any of the Via6 departments. The blocked door is causing issues in my living because there is not other ventilation source other than my balcony and I always need to keep the air conditioner(temperature controller) up for that. The condition is becoming worse because of Corona when I cannot go out that frequent to get some fresh air. The current living experience in Via6 is becoming suffocating.
I have written multiple mails to various departments in Via6 including Operations department, regional department and the leasing office. But, I didn't get any response other than the false hope of the new parts arriving soon(one of my friends have got the same reply since 11 months). I also insisted them to let me move to a new apartment and adjust the rent according to what I am paying right now. But, they said they are okay with my move but new units are now 500$ more than what i am paying per month. This is so disappointing to not get any support from Via6 and that too for a very genuine case.
