I dislike when companies make all the money and use innocent people to do so.

Please, I'm trying to reach Todd Peterson and others who were scammed by AlcoBuddy. I have been working with law enforcement to go after them criminally, and I'm there on getting us help. Please--- I'm reaching out to any and all victims.

Matco Tools is one big scam and their policies on signing franchises must be changed. They sign you up, get you started and terminate your franchise for any reason at all. They also have an extremely high failure rate, why? There is hardly any support in the field, you have a district manager who may live hundreds of miles away and the only time he comes to see you is to terminate your franchise. Do not sign with this company, the way they operate is complete fraud. They sign you a number of technicians in a territory and many of them are just oil changers and managers in the store. They will count any and all who are in a shop as a technician. THIS COMPANY RUNS A SCAM AND MUST STOP NOW, DO NOT SIGN WITH MATCO TOOLS!!!

TODD is right ----the franchising industry is foul and corrupt because The Congress of the USA will not change the FTC Rule that permits franchisors to survive by devouring their franchisees.
The targeting of the returning troops and the retired military is "sick" capitalism.

I am a franchisee, I know how hard we work for the american dream. It is unfortunate that franchisees have little rights, or the means to defend themselves. If president Obama wants income equality he should start with franchisors who fleece american citizens who are just trying to improve their lives!!

Todd, We could use your help in Maine! We are trying to pass legislation that would make it very hard for MATCO to perpetuate their fraud. Visit: www.mainefranchiseowners.org

Do you know a MATCO tool franchisee in Maine, that can share a similar story?

Because this generations of vets volunteered and risked everything and we and that means American Franishe sellers should not be allowed to put these men and women through the grist mill of the franchisee probably loses bu the franchise always wins. How dare us treat these veterans like that. And worst yet I bet folks like Matco Tools get government subsides to screw our vets!
