Head Football Coach has been negligent in his duties as a Head Football Coach and has created and allowed a culture of negativity and Unprofessional behavior from himself and staff.

• Overall record as Head Coach @ NVHS 14-24
• Failed to make necessary changes in coaching to produce positive results- Offense Coordinator
• Continually blamed the athletes and for loosing games while accepting no responsibility (reported by players) 
• Cursed and belittled players and allowed same behavior from others on coaching staff (reported by players & witnessed @ games by parents on sideline) 
• Coaching staff when approached with suggestions displayed negative behavior resistant to any suggestions from parents
• Players chastised or ridiculed when making suggestions to staff for team improvement

A Head Coach is ultimately responsible for the team, win or loose. The type of culture and lack of results cannot continue to be allowed. Producing results at any job is a requirement to continue that job, treating everyone with respect and dignity is also a basic requirement.
