Stop outrageous pricing of cellular packages.

As the leading coverage provider across the nation, we'd expect better of a company. But instead, Verizon has hiked their prices! With a second quarter report (as of July 19th, 2012) of 28.6 BILLION dollars in revenue, (3.7% increase) and 1.8 Billion in Profits, we'd expect that a charge of $270/month for 1 Gigabyte of data (each) for 3 people (not including the costs of the phones) is a bit outrageous! Not to mention that we can no longer purchase a wide variety of phones that do not require data! And in the next few years it will no longer be possible to purchase such phones. Many families can barely afford $90 coverage packages, let alone what Verizon will soon charge when all people can get is a phone that requires data! Verizon need to quit this price-hiking. Sign this petition if you want affordable data plans, and not a company that milks you for your every dollar.
