if you’re frustrated like myself and have called many times to have them tell you they are working on the tower to get the same solution please sign this petition so we can try to get them out here to actually fix these calls because if you really need your phone and it’s an actual emergency it doesn’t work. Yet, Verizon is charging us high fees for service that drops calls spotty connection etc.
