Over the past several months, customers within South Georgia has been experiencing issues with their Verizon service. Many of these customers are under contract with Verizon and cannot terminate their due to damaging their credit. Customers have complained to the company, with no positive results. Customers have been asked to use various troubleshooting methods to improve their service which still does not improve their service to full capacity. Verizon techs have denied issues with service and towers in the area and told customers the issue was within their particular phone. Most of these phone are the latest model phone that are experiencing call interruptions, numerous dropped calls, unable to make calls out, poor data connections, and unable to hear the other party or parties on the phone.  Verizon’s services are very expensive and as reliable customers, we should receive reliable service for the dollars that we spend with this company. We want our voices to be heard and our issues with the service to be repaired. Our voice is an important of this company especially in this area where we have very few cellular phone coverage companies to meet our need.
