Venugopal KR, VC Bangalore University made a statement to Times of India saying that they will conduct exams for Bangalore University students even when UGC guidelines say that students could be promoted based on previous marks. Conduct exams even if they are online is absurd in this Covid-19 situation as all the students already stressed with the situation. And when all the students are agreeing with the mass promotion then why Bangalore University has problems with promoting them?
