Recently, the Ventana council has decided to remove 2 healthy Yellow Flame trees that provide much foliage and greenery at the playground area.
Landscaping and choice of vegetation play a crucial role to both maintaining the ecosystem and invariably adding to the estate's appeal both for residents owners and investors alike.
It is only fair that owners and residents are consulted and have a stake/say in such a critical decision of removing the trees given the quantum they have invested in their unit.
