Como venezolano, esto me duele en el alma. He visto a mi patria ser devorada no solo por el socialismo, sino por la maldición de una riqueza infinita sin control. Debajo de nuestro suelo está el petróleo y los minerales críticos para la tecnología del futuro, pero es una triste ironía que, teniendo tanto, nuestra gente viva en la miseria porque esa abundancia solo alimenta una corrupción desenfrenada.
La historia es terca: Venezuela nunca tendrá un gobierno honesto por sí sola; el poder sin instituciones fuertes siempre termina en saqueo.
Por eso, ser el estado 51 es el único camino real. Bajo las leyes americanas, nuestras riquezas por fin se gestionarán con ética, garantizando a cada venezolano un alto poder adquisitivo y la vida digna que nos merecemos. No queremos migajas ni bonos; queremos que nuestra riqueza se traduzca en prosperidad con estándar americano. Esta unión le da a EE.UU. una ventaja estratégica clave y a nosotros la seguridad que nos robaron. Exigimos nuestro derecho a votar para decidir este futuro.
