The Fall semester for the new academic year started late , and to complete the syllabus in time , professors are taking classes at faster pace . Online classes have lot of distractions and it is tougher for student to understand things online due to so many problems . Added to that , we are being forced to complete assignments ,reviews , vivas in very short span of time . Due to this we don't get sufficient time for doing self study , which is very important . CAT 1 is scheduled to be from 10th August. Professors are taking extra classes to complete their syllabus , taking away our free time , which we will use for self study . Therefore we request you to sign this petition , so that VIT can look into this issue and come up with a solution
