A lot of swimmers and I have noticed that referees and officials are often bias towards swimmers that are not in their club; they might say that we did something wrong on our turn even though we haven’t done anything wrong and this can lead to getting dq’d, not getting qualifying times and not being able to go to further galas like counties or nationals. We want to get some sort of VAR or camera evidence for swimmers to appeal the referees and this will make it a lot more eqaul, not making it bias and promoting equality.
