Hi there, sorry that I am a bit late to the party but I was wondering why this poster is still up. I'm a male and I find this to be quite offensive to modern society in general. How about a picture of a kitchen under the title of 'kitchen'? Perhaps they should be sued for this type of gross misrepresentation. Also, as a former client of this company I can attest that they do very poor quality work and have even worse service by not adhering to customer timelines.

Mass communication educates
Culturally we are what we learn.
Citizens must be vigilant to prevent the mass media from educating in the wrong way.

I am very displeased with this marketing. As a former fashion model, I fully agree with all the comments on this page.

There is a clear disconnect in one of those photos and it's is painfully obvious what if wrong here.

“What’s the worst possible thing you can call a woman? Don’t hold back, now.
You’re probably thinking of words like slut, whore, bitch, cunt (I told you not to hold back!), skank.
Okay, now, what are the worst things you can call a guy? Fag, girl, bitch, pussy. I’ve even heard the term “mangina.”
Notice anything? The worst thing you can call a girl is a girl. The worst thing you can call a guy is a girl. Being a woman is the ultimate insult. Now tell me that’s not royally fucked up.”
― Jessica Valenti, Full Frontal Feminism

“Woman is not born: she is made. In the making, her humanity is destroyed. She becomes symbol of this, symbol of that: mother of the earth, slut of the universe; but she never becomes herself because it is forbidden for her to do so.”
― Andrea Dworkin

The imagery shown by Home Solutions is sexist and offensive. It contributes to a patriarchal system that tells women where their place in this world is, instead of allowing them to decide for themselves. I am appalled.

To much sexist stuff going on and am SICK of it .. If a person wants to look good that is one thing BUT exploiting a person , male or female is going to far.

Similar issues were brought up in an interview with Megan Markel before. The owner needs to pay more attention to things that represent the public image of the company. His attitude was unnecessary just like the add, removal of the add promptly like a civilised modern society man will be encouraged!
