Valve is a company, which needs no introduction. They've made history with their franchises.

In June 28th 2022 The Portal: Companion Collection was released on the Nintendo Switch. The project was made by Lightspeed Studio from Nvidia. The game contains both Portal and Portal 2, with Portal: Still Alive and with the Art Therapy coop bonus content. The game also features Joy-Con Gyro support.

During my research, I came to the conclusion, that the collection was only possible, due to Nvidia's knowledge on the switch processor, which is also an Nvidia hardware. So why shouldn't they port it to other current gen platforms?

The modern Playstation consoles fall behind xbox, in "valve perspective". Take for example The Orange Box, while both platforms support the game, Playstation lacks achievements, because of the late PSN Trophy system. Portal 2 servers are also offline. And also, Playstation dont have any of the Left 4 Dead games.

Valve games have a huge fanbase, apart from PC. The Left 4 Dead has an active playerbase to this day. However they're only a fraction of the community. Valve is sceptic with console ports, because of their history with Microsoft. However, I think they should revisit their decision. We can share our opinion with this petition. Will you sign it?
