Mortal Online 2 is an MMORPG that requires authentication, but people can not log in the game. Usually, one can refund a game via steam if played less than 2 hours, but this game imitates queue to log in that takes far more than 2 hours, which makes it unrefundable in this way. On steam forums there are a lot of people asking for refund but got denied.

People also contacted Star Vault (game developer) support, but got denied too. Support answers with that they can`t impact on steam support decision.
