We petition City Council to overturn the 1 March 2021 Planning Commission Decision of 100% apartments on the 5 acres at the Intersection of Sonoma Boulevard and Magazine Street (NW Corner). It is raw Land, Flat, and with it's Size and High Traffic Frontage, this is the Best location for Shopping (Grocery Store) and Limited Housing in South Vallejo.

This Intersection and twelve others in Vallejo are to be shopping and services "Corridors" with Limited housing. We are for housing, but not 100% at these Intersections. With Shopping within walking/biking, we will be a Healthy and Respected, Vallejo. Driving should be a choice, not a Must.
