Disgusting and to think that they could only receive 5 years for this max! We need to change our laws. That is clear. You know they will only get a slap on the wrist and that is entirely wrong.

Abusers must be jailed and fined.the animals that suffer abusers have feelings and feel pain. Just like we do..abusers must be held accountable for there sick choices. If it was up to me they would all suffer the same way they tortured a animal
