After visiting Keystone Resort for the last 15 years it is now that Vail Resorts has gone too far. Every year they take away a little more but continue to charge more and more. Keystone use to have night skiing everyday and year after year they have either shortened the hours or eliminated days. It’s now gotten to a point that it’s ridiculous. Now it’s only Friday and Saturday and they don’t even run the Gondola. Last weekend it was -11 degrees Fahrenheit and they still did not run the Gondola. This makes bringing most children to the experience almost impossible. After saving up all year to bring the family this just hurts. I want to continue to come to the area but if something is not done I will have to abandon keystone and all Vail resorts. They have sold way to many passes 2.1 million to be exact which is 76% more than 2019. Lines due to lack of staffing are unbearable. But even with all that money they continue to pay miserable wages and cut back amenities blaming Coronavirus. Let’s make a stand. Either fix this problem or IKON passes will be the only way to go in the future.
