Do to the nature of mental disorders  it is very hard to keep up with deadlines ,the nature of mental disorders will make someone just say forget it or go into a depression... The V.A does not have the veteran's best interest in mind with this deadline policy but it's own bottom line...let's take care of our soldier's,sailors airman and marines who suffer from memory loss and mental disorders .
