Recently, the university started considering applying a $700 per-semester fee to all engineering and computer science students. For many students, this could cause financial heartache and could make college even more of a financial hurdle. In addition, this seems to be against the spirit of the statewide tuition freeze that has been in place since 2013. I ask you to please support us in keeping UW-Platteville an affordable and enticing option for ALL students.
