This structure has been erected within the curtilage of several listed
properties and within just a few metres of a public footpath.

It has been built
without planning permission, building regulations, and without listed buildings consent.

It is currently subject of an Uttlesford District Council enforcement order to
be taken down (2020)

AureliaTimco has subsequently applied for retrospective planning permission
totally ignoring the enforcement order.

If enough objection from normal local law-abiding residents can be
demonstrated, we hope that Uttlesford District Council will continue to make
the right decision and decline the application.
