This petition is for the urgent call regarding prevention of this shameful, henious and inhumane act of rape and brutality, You and I,and every citizen of our INDIA is fighting the corruption, the castism and the inequality prevalent even in this sensitive case of rapism , this is just pointing out the level where women safety,  their respect, and the rights are lying right now in India. I wanna ask the government and all the related figures to give us a completely transparent view on why MANISHA didn't even got her human right of having respectful funeral with her family by her side. You know what's heartbreaking is that her father told- this heinous act could only be prevented if they would have belonged to any upper castes like Pandits or thakurs . 

#we want completele assurance of real equality and no discrimination in India . 

I and we all ,want complete justice for our Indian daughter , and the needed investigation of the castism prevalent in Hatras U. P..I request the NCWs and NHRCs of India to take any and all the  mandatory steps required to stop this, �please.. Further you always know better than me,what to do and how to do best �. 

#we want no excuses if a person's life, his/her respectful funeral or a woman's dignity, her rights her consent and safety is at stake.
