Unblock Spotify for Educational use

At UTC the blocking of websites and ports is getting increasingly strict. Many students have voiced their displeasure with the current block on Spotify streaming. The reasoning behind this is because it's not educational, but I couldn't disagree more.
Those who don’t want to use data on their phones and don’t have premium should be able to stream music on Spotify. YouTube would no longer be used as a streaming service for music, so bandwidth and data usage would not be affected. The change would actually improve internet speeds – not hinder them.
The notion has been blocked multiple times and we need the help of the student body to get this problem solved.
Not all students have access to a source of music besides free streaming and I wouldn’t want to encourage piracy (which could also negatively affect internet speeds). I believe this is an educational ‘unblocking’ and should be treated as one.
