I stood up to my abusive husband. I stood up to my abuser and put him in jail. The court said he was looking at 7 to 25years in prison. He got 6months in jail. DCFS took my babies due to the dv that happend. I worked so hard and completed all my services of my service plan from dcfs. my babies where beaten and starved and neglected by two foster family. I fought all the way to the end and took it to trial. Dcfs told me that because there is no more services to offer me because I completed everything that they are taking my rights. At trial dcfs stated that they feel I still have a relation with my Exhusband. I have a protection order against him. I work with victims advicate and south valley services to protect my babies. Dcfs says I dont protect my kids from there dad. At court  they presented no proof that i have a relationship with my exhusband. However the Judge decision was to still take my rights. Im fighting to appeal the decision. I never been in trouble I never missed one visit with my babies. and completed everything the courts asked. My babies n I are being punished for someone else decision. The courts feel its saver for my kids to be with abuse foster family instead of their own mom. This has to be changed
