We want increase voter tunrout among younger voters by offering much needed access to voter centers on public University campuses in Utah. In 2016 the University of Utah offered their students a voter center that serviced any student that resided in Salt Lake County. The 3 hour lines speak for themselves.  Students demonstrated a clear need for this polling location. Many first time voters, 1442 students casted their ballots on election day at the University of Utah's library. We are demanding the legislature take action, enacting legislation that would ensure continued access to a voter center for future elections on the U of U campus as well as other campuses statewide.
