Run UTA public transit later hours to compensate for .05 DUI drinking limit

By lowering the .05 limit on drinking, Utahns need additional methods by which to avoid driving after drinking on a weekend. Statistics show citizens are more-likely to drink on weekends, and with lack of public transit options not available after 11pm, people are more likely to drink and get in related accidents due to this.
We are proposing to allow for public transit options like the bus, TRAX, and Frontrunner available til 2:30am to compensate for the restriction to avoid crashes, give people affordable access to public transit, and ensure our citizens have reliable transportation from Friday-Monday morning in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.
