This letter is to petition a revision of our grades for the Summer II course Group Procedure Dynamic Group Counseling with Dr. Carmela James (COUN 5358). During this second summer session, we have had unjust point deductions on all of our assignments and no direction or guidance on assignments, course content, and inquiries. Email responses from Dr. James are vague and one word responses. We are all paying for our education and this Professor has disappointed all of our cohort with her lack of professionalism.
