Are you tired of having your packages left just so they can be stolen? A lot of people can't afford p.o. Boxes or don't have cars to go to lockers and other locations to pick up packages and some are disabled. What can we do to get the “3-time notice” back? Before, we had three tries for deliveries before we had to go and pick up our packages at a nearby facility, with the delivery person leaving a “missed delivery” slip. What happened to that? Now we need a signature to be required and even then, the delivery person signs it and leaves it just to get stolen anyway. I'm thinking more people should speak out. It is our money we are losing and it hurts small business owners as well. Can we get signatures to go back to the old way so at least we can try and get our packages safely?
