Provide medical care for my husband Glenn Acon Jr.

I'm writing this today, because it has been over a year since my Husband, Glenn Acon Jr, was diagnosed with a hernia at USP Terre Haute.

In January of 2012 Glenn was called over by one of the officers who indicated his stomach looked swollen on one side. He told him to report to sick call which he did and was told he had a hernia and needed surgery asap. We were not concerned as it was a simple hernia no big thing. As months went by he was approved and denied several times for this surgery. We couldn't understand what was going on. In April 2012 he was on the yard and fell out and was rushed to the emergency room of the nearby hospital. Upon his arrival they did test determined that he did have hernia(s), but was sent back saying he would need surgery asap, again nothing happened. As time went on Glenn's Stomach started to swell he has put on more weight than he has ever had and it is causing other issues with his health. He was punished for pushing the emergency call button because he had blood in his stool and was told he was alright this was after he came back from the E.R. the first time.
In January 2013, he was seen by yet another doctor who indicated that he has 4 hernias that need to be removed. This will be an all-day surgery and he will need a mesh implanted as well. As of February 8, 2013, my husband is still sitting in a prison in unbearable pain. I am in fear of his life and we have filed everything we can, and even filed with the courts in Indiana.
Please help me get the medical treatment Glenn needs.
