Food Variety at USF

As the Spring semester reaches an end, many students have a large amount of Flexi left. Since University of San Francisco lacked different variety in food, students would eat the same thing each day. Due to such, many students would start spending their money on ordering out or eating at restaurants, which causes the extra amount of Flexi towards the end of the Spring semester being unused.
A simple solution to this problem would be providing more variety of food in the cafeteria. Considering the Poki station's success and how students are so excited to have Acai Bowls on campus, this is very doable.
I personally believe that the cafeteria can introduce new cuisines, add new recipes to different stations, and even provide more cultural food. After all, there are a large population of international students that attend this University and it is possible that many students miss the food from their home country.
Overall, widening the variety of foods in the cafeteria should solve the problem of having extra money and it would also bring more satisfaction to both students and faculties.
If you all would like to have more variety of food in our cafeteria, I encourage you all to sign the petition in order to make the USF administration aware of this issue.
