Use This Crisis For Energy Independence & Lower Fuel Prices

This crisis reminds us of the fragility of our energy system and we should use this crisis to push for renewable energy made in our own country. Even oil not made in Russia has steeply increased in price due to market forces, which would not be a concern if we used renewable energy and storage. While this is a great tragedy, POTUS can use it as an opportunity to pass reforms to domestic policy. We can focus on both domestic and foreign policy.

This is a non-partisan issue and it needs a solution now.
